Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chunie Luxe (Chunie Productions LLC). We are committed to delivering your order with care, speed, and full transparency—no surprises, just elevated service. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines what you can expect.

Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following locations:
•    United States: All 50 states and U.S. territories

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates. All shipments are entrusted to premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to uphold the highest standards of reliability.

United States (Mainland)
•    Standard Delivery (5–10 business days): $15.00
•    Express Delivery (3–5 business days): $30.00
•    Complimentary Standard Delivery: Free on orders of $500+

United States Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands)
•    Standard Delivery (10–20+ business days): $15.00
•    Complimentary Standard Delivery: Free on orders of $500+

Please note:
•    Express delivery is unavailable for select U.S. territories. Orders are shipped securely via DHL, FedEx, or UPS standard service, ensuring secure delivery and exceptional care.
•    Complimentary shipping follows our standard delivery timelines (5–10 business days for U.S. mainland / 10–20 business days for U.S. territories).
•    Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, seasonal demand, weather, or unforeseen delays.
•    Delivery timelines begin once your order has been processed.

Order Processing Time
•    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
•    You’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email once your order is placed and a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
•    Orders are fulfilled from our European and United States partner warehouses, depending on item availability.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure tracking link. This link allows you to follow your delivery in real time with the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to appear after dispatch. All orders include tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey from the warehouse to your door.

International Shipping & Customs
United States & Territories
All U.S. orders are typically shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — Chunie Luxe covers all customs duties, tariffs, and import fees on your behalf, ensuring a seamless delivery experience without additional charges.

However, please note the following update:
Shipments originating from our European partner warehouses in Alicante, Spain, or Salzburg, Germany are not eligible for DDP service.

In these cases, customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

You’ll be notified at checkout and on the product page if an item falls under this category.

In rare circumstances, additional customs requirements or local taxes may apply to certain U.S. territories. Chunie Luxe cannot pre-estimate or waive such fees and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

Partial Shipments
Some orders may be split into multiple shipments depending on stock availability or shipping origin. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package if applicable.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Chunie Luxe is not responsible for:
•    Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses
•    Missed deliveries due to unavailable recipients
•    Carrier-related delays outside our control

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we’ll contact you regarding next steps. Reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at concierge@chunieluxe.com or call (877) 274-5893. We’ll work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Chunie Luxe assumes responsibility until the package is accepted by the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the customer at the time of shipment.
