We partner exclusively with premium global carriers — DHL, FedEx, and UPS — to ensure your order arrives securely and on time.
• U.S. Mainland: Standard 5–10 business days | Express 3–5 business days
• U.S. Territories: Standard 10–20 business days (depending on location)
• Complimentary Standard Delivery on orders of $500 or more
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All duties and taxes are included in your total at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid).
In select cases, items shipped from our European atelier in Spain or Germany are not eligible for DDP service and may incur local import duties upon delivery.
