Return and Refund Policy

At Chunie Luxe, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven calendar days from the delivery date — as confirmed by the shipping carrier — to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• In original packaging with tags intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
To begin a return, simply email us at concierge@chunieluxe.com. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions on how to send your item back.
Kindly note that all returns must be pre-approved. Items sent without a return authorization will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something not quite right? Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right, fast. Be sure to include photos of any damaged or incorrect items to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene or custom processing, we cannot accept returns on:
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Intimates or swimwear
• Gift cards
• Final sale/clearance items

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time — but no worries, it’s easy to get what you want!
Simply:
1. Submit a return request and wait for approval
2. Send back your original item
3. Place a new order for the item you'd like instead
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that posting times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
